Okay so this skirt is from H&M. I love the stripes because I am just in love with a good horizontal stripe once in a while. So this skirt is only $9.95 and I don't know about you but how much better can that price get! The skirt is just a nice blend and would be adorable with a graphic shirt like shown or something a little more colorful. I would probably pair it with like a red vintage looking shirt with some tan oxfords to give it that vintage feel:) There are many ways to wear this so don't think your version of it is wrong.
